XXXTENTACION WILL DECLARES NO CHILDREN ... Everything Goes to Mom, Brothers

XXXTentacion was only 20 when he was murdered earlier this month, but he left behind a will ... which underscores what appears to have been some sort of premonition he was going to die.
According to the will, filed with the court, XXX left all of his property in trust, with his mom as trustee. She filed docs saying the beneficiaries in the trust are her and XXX's 2 brothers. The will states XXX has no children. It's interesting ... his mother claims a prior girlfriend of XXX's is currently pregnant. It appears the will was drafted before she became pregnant. It was signed in November 2017.
As we reported, at the time of his death he was facing multiple domestic violence charges involving alleged brutality against another girlfriend.
As for the premonition of death ... XXX had talked about dying in the last months of his life ... which may explain why he had taken the time to have a will drafted.
The will does not state his net worth at the time of death.
According to the death certificate, also obtained by TMZ, he died in the hospital and was later entombed.

Tom Daley  and his husband Dustin Lance Black have announced the birth of their first child - named after the diver's late father. The Olympic diver, 24 and his film producer beau, 44, revealed Robert Ray was born on Wednesday in an announcement in The Times. Daley's father Robert died of a brain tumour in May 2011.   They got married in a castle wedding ceremony in May last year and announced they were having a child in February.   Robert Ray will be raised in   London   after the couple made the 'difficult' decision to choose to live in the UK despite negative reaction to their surrogacy.

Apple, Samsung settle US patent dispute

SAN FRANCISCO/WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - Apple Inc and Samsung Electronics on Wednesday (June 27) settled a seven-year patent dispute over Apple's allegations that Samsung violated its patents by "slavishly" copying the design of the iPhone. Terms of the settlement, filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, were not available. In May, a US jury awarded Apple US$539 million (S$737 million), after Samsung had previously paid Apple US$399 million to compensate for patent infringem Samsung would need to make an additional payment to Apple of nearly US$140 million if the verdict was upheld. How much, if anything, Samsung must now pay Apple under Wednesday's settlement could not immediately be learned.
