JAY-Z & BLUE IVY ON THE RUN IN BERLIN ... No Bey Required

Jay-Z and Blue Ivy took a breather from the On the Run II Tour with some QT in Berlin Friday, and one part of their usual entourage was noticeably absent.
We usually don't see Jay and Blue without Beyonce -- but Dad seemed to have things under control while chilling in a park. The father-daughter duo even dressed similarly ... tracksuits, sneakers and white tees. 
Even on a day off from work -- Bey and Jay play Saturday in Poland next -- Blue and her pops had to travel with plenty of security to stop fans from swarming in the park.
Looks like Blue also had a friend in tow. Pretty sure she's got carte blanche to bring whoever she wants on tour.

Justin Bieber  and  Hailey Baldwin 's relationship is speeding along, but everything came to a sudden, grinding halt Monday when his fancy sports car broke down.  Biebs and Hailey were cruising in the Hamptons in a Mercedes-Benz SLS -- with gullwing doors, no less -- when they ran into car trouble. The supercar's got a starting price of about $200k and goes from 0-60 mph in less than 4 seconds. It, apparently, goes from 60 to 0 pretty quickly too.     The car's been discontinued, which might explain the trouble. Justin and Hailey had to get help from a cop who directed traffic around the intersection where the Benz crapped out. A mechanic eventually showed up to repair the whip. Luckily, Justin's well beyond the "impress your date" stage with Hailey -- since they've  barely come up for air  since  getting back together .

Three babies dead, 100 missing in latest shipwreck off Libya

AL-HMIDIYA, LIBYA (AFP) - Three babies died off the coast of Libya on Friday (June 29) while 100 people remained missing in the latest Mediterranean migrant shipwreck as European leaders reached a hard-fought deal to tackle the issue. Around 120 migrants were aboard the inflatable craft when it ran into trouble, according to survivors taken to Al-Hmidiya, east of the capital Tripoli. Just 16 were rescued, while the missing included two babies and three children under the age of 12.
