DRAKE FINALLY FESSES UP TO BEING A DAD ... On New Album

Drake has finally come clean -- admitting he's fathered a son -- even rapping about the paternity test he took to know it was for certain.
Drizzy released his album, "Scorpion," Friday and, as expected, it's full of glimpses into the rapper's personal life. His song "Emotionless" is the first to acknowledge his secret son Pusha T exposed in a diss track last month.
"I wasn't hiding my kid from the world. I was hiding the world from my kid."


The rapper reveals he's taken a paternity test for the kid too, leaving no doubts in the song "March 14."
"Yesterday mornin' was crazy. I had to come to terms with the fact that it's not a maybe. That sh*t is in stone. Sealed and signed. She's not my lover like Billie Jean. But the kid is mine. Sadie used to tell me all it takes is one time. And all it took was one time. S**t, we only met two times."
The album also features a previously unreleased track with Michael Jackson. 
TMZ broke the story ... Drake's been financially supporting baby mama Sophie Brussauxsince the birth of their son last year. Sources close to the rapper told us last month Drake was planning to take a paternity test to figure out any future legalities.
So, that settles that.

Tom Daley  and his husband Dustin Lance Black have announced the birth of their first child - named after the diver's late father. The Olympic diver, 24 and his film producer beau, 44, revealed Robert Ray was born on Wednesday in an announcement in The Times. Daley's father Robert died of a brain tumour in May 2011.   They got married in a castle wedding ceremony in May last year and announced they were having a child in February.   Robert Ray will be raised in   London   after the couple made the 'difficult' decision to choose to live in the UK despite negative reaction to their surrogacy.

Apple, Samsung settle US patent dispute

SAN FRANCISCO/WASHINGTON (REUTERS) - Apple Inc and Samsung Electronics on Wednesday (June 27) settled a seven-year patent dispute over Apple's allegations that Samsung violated its patents by "slavishly" copying the design of the iPhone. Terms of the settlement, filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, were not available. In May, a US jury awarded Apple US$539 million (S$737 million), after Samsung had previously paid Apple US$399 million to compensate for patent infringem Samsung would need to make an additional payment to Apple of nearly US$140 million if the verdict was upheld. How much, if anything, Samsung must now pay Apple under Wednesday's settlement could not immediately be learned. An Apple spokesman declined to comment on the terms of the settlement but said Apple "cares deeply about design" and that "this case has always been about more than money."
